Melania Trump and Donald Trump headed to Mar-a-Lago for their annual Christmas Eve dinner and celebration. However, people noticed that their son Barron Trump was not with them during the occasion. The 13-year-old’s absence in the festivity was quickly noted by everyone, and the public is asking why he was not there with his parents.
Express reported that although Barron was spotted heading to Florida’s Palm Beach resort with his family on December 20, he has not been seen in any of the events with the FLOTUS and POTUS. Now, it was said that observers are now criticizing Melania Trump for leaving out his son in the parties and not spending time with her son at this time of the year.
Melania was bashed
On social media, the FLOTUS received backlash, and some of the comments were harsh. One said via Twitter, “I don't think she heard you, them children's needs to be home with their loved ones ..unlike your children that don't even want to be around that thing or a husband of yours.” This commenter also used the hashtag #BARRON.
While CNN journalist Ana Navarro-Cardenas wrote, “Hey, @FLOTUS, is #Santa delivering toys to these children -separated from their parents- and huddling under foil blankets this #ChristmasEve?”
Many more of the comments ask where Barron was on Christmas Eve, and they are guessing that perhaps, the aides are watching over the kid while his parents enjoy the holidays with their friends and famous personalities.

At any rate, it was not clarified why Barron Trump was not with Melania and Donald on the eve of Dec. 24. However, there are reports that say the teenage son of the First Couple might not have been there because the dinner was a formal event just for adults.
Meanwhile, Melania Trump was also bashed earlier for being silent when Donald Trump bullied Greta Thunberg on social media. The FLOTUS is a known advocate for children’s bullying, but when the 16-year-old advocate was cyberbullied by her own husband, she did not comment or do anything about it.
It can be recalled that the POTUS told the young lady, after being named as Time’ person of the year, via tweet: “Greta must work on her Anger Management problem, then go to a good old fashioned movie with a friend! Chill Greta, Chill!”
